1. No General Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy in the following cases:

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Style, color, or design not liked

  • Minor variation from images due to lighting or screen differences

Customers are requested to check product details and size charts carefully before ordering.

2. When Refund or Replacement Is Allowed

Refund or replacement is allowed only if:

  • Wrong size is delivered by us
    (Example: You ordered L but received S)

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any claim:

  • Customer must record an unboxing video

  • Video must clearly show:

    • Sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • Opening process

    • Product and issue clearly

Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

4. Time Limit to Raise Complaint

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Send details to:

  • Include:

    • Order ID

    • Issue description

    • Unboxing video

5. Review & Approval

  • Our team will review within 2–3 business days

  • Decision will be final based on proof shared

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method

  • Refund time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Third Party payment processing timelines may apply

7. Replacement Process

  • If stock is available, replacement will be shipped

  • If not available, refund will be issued

  • Replacement shipping time: 5–7 business days
